Accessible Documents and Policies Available

Copies of Canada Care Medical Inc.’s policies and documents related to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) are publicly available in a variety of formats. These documents can be viewed and downloaded as PDF files. They cover:

Canada Care Medical will provide copies of our documents by request in an accessible format or with communication support, and will consult with the person making the request to determine their preferences. We will provide the accessible format in a timely manner at no extra cost.
