We are open for business!
At Canada Care Medical, we will make every effort to provide the excellent customer service that you are accustomed to while maintaining the guidelines that will ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.
As mandated by the cities of Ottawa and Toronto, please note that wearing a Face Mask or Covering is required at our retail locations.The following will be asked of customers upon arrival:

- Use the hand sanitizer at their disposal
- Follow the social distancing markers
- Wear a face mask or face covering
If you do not have a face mask, you will be provided with one for your visit. We hope you will assist us in protecting staff and other customers by participating.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Stock Updates
We’ve had numerous inquiries, and yes — we are well stocked for face masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves! We will also keep you updated as the stock changes at our Ontario retail locations.
As always, we are committed to serving the medical needs of our community while maintaining strict protocols to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers. Please contact the retail location nearest you for more information about our various curbside and store pickup options!
Pricing & Availability
While we reserve the bulk of our stock for healthcare workers, for which we have contracts with within the health care system, we also recognise the importance of providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to the broader community. As such, we make stock available for sale at our retail locations in limited quantities to ensure that everybody has a chance to buy what they need.
Please also recognise that pricing can fluctuate depending on availability and supplier, but we do our best at all times to offer the best pricing possible.

What is Canada Care Medical doing to help?
Canada Care Medical has been serving our communities for 50 years. Now more than ever, we need to work together. In conjunction with our longstanding partner 3M Canada, we have been supplying much needed N95 face masks to our frontline healthcare workers in Ontario.
We have made numerous donations so far to the North York General Hospital, Milton District Hospital Foundation, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Humber River Hospital, and Toronto Police Service, to name just a few!
As we continue our efforts to assist our communities in the ways that we can, we want to once again thank our frontline healthcare workers for their hard work and dedication.
